About the Role

We're hiring a hands-on SEO leader to own the strategy, team leadership, and execution quality of our SEO Services division. You'll define how SEO programs are delivered, coordinate technical SEO, content, and link-building functions, maintain delivery standards, and drive measurable outcomes for clients.

This role suits an SEO skilled who can build strategy, lead a team, manage client relationships, and take direct ownership of results — not a purely strategic/oversight position.

What We're Looking For
5+ years in SEO with demonstrable ranking and organic traffic results
Experience managing or leading an SEO team
Solid technical SEO knowledge: audits, schema, Core Web Vitals, site architecture
Working knowledge of content strategy and link-building fundamentals
Comfortable owning client relationships, including strategy calls and escalations




Proficient with Ahrefs and Semrush; working knowledge of GSC and Google Analytics
Agency background strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Roadmap
Define and evolve SEO strategies across all service/package tiers, from Starter to Custom
Develop SEO roadmaps based on client requirements and business objectives
Review performance data and continuously improve strategies
Contribute to quarterly roadmap reviews and package/pricing refinement

Team Leadership & Delegation
Lead and manage the SEO Services team
Delegate across technical SEO, content, link building, and account coordination
Balance workload and capacity for timely delivery
Support hiring and onboarding as the division scales

Execution & Quality Control
Oversee execution of SEO campaigns across client accounts
Provide final QA sign-off on client deliverables
