Role Summary

BrezQ is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients across India.

This is a
pure client-acquisition / hunter role
. The candidate must have an existing industry network and a proven record of converting relationships into new clients, MSAs, and revenue — spanning IT Staffing, Staff Augmentation, SOW-based engagements, and IT Services.

The ideal candidate has an established network of decision-makers (HR, TA, Procurement, CIO/CTO, and business leaders) and a demonstrated history of independently acquiring new accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Acquire current enterprise and mid-market clients across India.
Leverage existing relationships with
HR, TA, Procurement, CIO/CTO and business leaders
to generate new business.
Own the complete sales cycle: client engagement → prospect → proposal → negotiation → MSA/SOW → closure.
Establish and manage MSAs, NDAs,



rate cards, vendor onboarding, and other commercial agreements.
Identify and secure opportunities across:
IT Contract Staffing
RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)
Permanent Hiring
Staff Augmentation
Statement of Work (SOW) Projects
Time & Material (T&M;) Engagements
Offshore Development Centers (ODC)
Managed IT Services
Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
Build and expand newly acquired accounts, driving repeat business and long-term client relationships.
Own and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, revenue forecast, and gross-margin targets.

Mandatory Requirements
8–15 years of Business Development / Enterprise Sales experience specifically in
IT Staffing, IT Services, or Technology Consulting
.
Proven track record of
recent-client acquisition
in the Indian market.
Demonstrated success selling one or more of: IT Staffing, Staff Augmentati
