Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Waiter to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a polite and qualified manner.
Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages efficiently.
Ensure orders are accurate and served on time.
Communicate guest requirements and special requests to the kitchen.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables and dining areas.
Check on guests regularly and ensure their needs are met.
Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members for smooth service.




Assist with billing and payment collection when required.
Support the team during busy periods and special events.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience as a Waiter or in a similar F&B; role.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Pleasant personality and qualified appearance.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a team.

Pay: ₹48,086.00 - ₹60,084.38 per month
