Key Responsibilities
Perform linear and nonlinear finite element analysis (FEA) for structural components and assemblies.
Develop and execute detailed FE models using Ansys APDL/Classic.
Create and modify high-quality meshes using HyperMesh.
Conduct stress, deformation, fatigue, vibration, thermal, and life assessment analyses.
Perform structural integrity assessments of rotating and static components.
Validate simulation results with analytical calculations, test data, and engineering standards.
Prepare technical reports and present analysis findings to cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and testing teams for design optimization.
Support product development and certification activities.
Required Skills
Robust experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Stress Analysis.
Hands-on expertise in Ansys APDL (Classic Environment).
Proficiency in HyperMesh for geometry cleanup, meshing, and model preparation.
Good understanding of structural mechanics, material behavior, and fatigue analysis.
Experience in static, energetic, thermal, modal, harmonic, and nonlinear analyses.
Knowledge of engineering design principles and manufacturing processes.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.

Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related engineering discipline.
