Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and delivery-focused Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Digital Transformation projects for our global MSP partners (B2B) and end customers (B2C).

This role is critical to ensuring structured delivery, proactive communication, timeline adherence, and customer satisfaction across all project engagements.

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure and cloud projects , with strong capabilities in project planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and service delivery governance .

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning Execution
Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects across:
Microsoft 365 migrations implementations
Azure cloud deployments DR setups




Up-to-date Workplace implementations
Networking on-prem infrastructure deployments
Security compliance assessments
Power Platform SharePoint solutions
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Stakeholder Customer Management
Act as the primary point of contact for customers and MSP partners during project lifecycle
Conduct kick-off meetings, weekly status calls, and executive updates
Ensure clear, proactive, and skilled communication at all stages
Manage customer expectations and handle escalations effectively

Delivery Governance Process Management
Define and enforce project delivery frameworks, SOPs, and best practices
Drive adoption of structured tools (e.g., PSA, ticketing systems, project trackers)
Ensure proper documentation, handovers, and closure reports
