Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager – Finance to manage customer relationships, generate recent business prospects, and promote financial products such as loans, insurance, investments, and other financial services.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable products.
Generate leads through calls, referrals, field visits, and other channels.
Promote and sell financial products such as personal loans, business loans, insurance, credit cards, or investment products.
Follow up with leads and customers to achieve monthly sales targets.
Assist customers throughout the application and documentation process.
Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing, verification, and disbursement.




Maintain regular communication with customers and provide after-sales support.
Ensure timely collection of required documents and information.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; finance, commerce, or business-related education is preferred.
1–4 years of experience in banking, NBFC, finance, insurance, or financial sales.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹55,688.91 - ₹65,683.62 per month
