Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze tender documents, RFQs, RFPs, BOQs, specifications, and contract conditions for Substation and T&D; projects.
Prepare technical and commercial bids for AIS/GIS substations, transmission lines, and distribution network projects.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, Contracts, and Finance teams for bid preparation.
Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, vendor RFQs, and techno-commercial comparisons.
Conduct risk assessment and identify key bid qualifications, exclusions, and deviations.
Obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers and evaluate offers.
Develop bid pricing models and ensure competitiveness while maintaining project profitability.
Prepare bid submission documents, compliance matrices, bid bonds, and tender checklists.
Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client discussions.
Maintain bid records and support management with bid status reports and tender evaluations.
Assist in contract finalization and project handover to execution teams after award.
