We are looking for ambitious, driven and commercially minded Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our growing team.

The Role

As a Real Estate Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing clients, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable properties and taking transactions from initial conversation through to closure.

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential. There is no fixed salary,



and your earnings will be directly linked to the business you generate and transactions you close.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new buyer, seller, landlord and tenant leads through calls, networking, referrals and personal outreach.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and property owners.
Understand client requirements, budgets and investment objectives.
Source and present suitable luxury residential properties.
Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
Negotiate commercial terms between buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to transaction closure.
Maintain consistent follow-ups and build a solid personal pipeline.
Develop relationships with developers, channel partners, brokers and other industry stakeholders.
Stay updated on Gurgaon and Delhi NCR's luxury real estate market.
Maintain accurate records of leads, clients and transactions in the company's CRM.
