Role & Responsibilities
Drive employee engagement, culture, and employee experience initiatives.
Plan and execute employee events, celebrations, team-building, and recognition programs.
Conduct employee surveys, pulse checks, and feedback sessions.
Manage internal communication and culture-building campaigns.
Coordinate town halls, employee connects, and wellbeing initiatives.
Analyze engagement data and prepare reports/dashboards.
Partner with HR, managers, and leadership to improve employee experience.
Introduce creative initiatives to build an inclusive and positive workplace culture.

Preferred Candidate Profile
510 years of experience in Employee Engagement, HR, Employee Experience, Culture, or HRBP.
Robust communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in engagement activities, events, recognition, and employee connects.
Valuable analytical, presentation, and content creation skills.
Creative, proactive, empathetic, and people-oriented.
Experience in a quick-paced/multi-location organization preferred.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
