Human Context Pvt. Ltd. is a talent acquisition and HR consulting firm working with clients across diverse industries. We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our Bhubaneswar office and contribute to end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on Agriculture / Agri-industry hiring.
About the Role
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and recruiting for agriculture-sector clients. Candidates with a B.Sc. Agriculture or relevant Agriculture background, along with solid recruitment experience, will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across levels and functions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other channels.
Handle recruitment mandates, particularly for Agriculture / Agri-industry clients.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, qualifications, and role fit.
Conduct initial candidate interactions and coordinate interviews with clients.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure regular follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with the internal recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and timelines.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Profile
2+ years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition is required.
Prior experience in recruitment for Agriculture / Agri-industry clients will be highly preferred.
