Role Overview

We are looking for an accomplished HR Leader with 14–18 years of experience , preferably from organizations such as technology/IT consulting organizations.

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to BFSI / Financial Services , particularly experience working with or supporting teams serving global investment banks/financial institutions .

This role requires a hands-on HR leader who can combine strategic HR leadership with strong execution across talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, organization development and leadership hiring.
