As a Payroll Associate at ICON, you will ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees, contributing to the smooth operation of our organization.

What You Will Do
You will take responsibility for payroll and compensation deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Include
Process payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
Maintain payroll records and documentation, including employee deductions, earnings, and taxes
Assist with employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly
Work with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll data integrity and accuracy




Assist with payroll reporting and analysis as needed to cover business needs and assessing alternative resolutions.

Your Profile
You will bring relevant payroll and compensation experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in payroll processing or related field
Robust attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
Knowledge of payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Workday) is a plus
Excellent communication and soft skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
