Roles and Responsibilities
Preparation of project plan & project budget
Implementation of project plan & ensures logical sequencing of plan based on resources
Resource planning, arrangement & allocation as per the project plan
Monitor construction schedule & highlights anticipated delays/deviancies in advance
Prepare method statements & submits to clients/consultants for approval
Prepare time cycle charts of major activities of work
Analyze the gaps between the planned vs actual and highlight the areas needing attention for the action of the project team.
Initiate and assist in conclusion and closure of change requests with all key stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile
5+Years in Real Estate Industry
B.E- Civil / NICMAR
Location: Goregaon (East)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Robust understanding of construction planning principles, real estate development processes, high rise building projects.
