We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to support our Learning & Development team in identifying and onboarding qualified corporate trainers. The ideal candidate should have experience in trainer sourcing, recruitment, LinkedIn sourcing or talent acquisition.
Sourcing Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Source corporate trainers based on training requirements.
Search and find trainers through LinkedIn, Naukri and other platforms.
Check trainer profiles, skills and experience.
Contact trainers through calls, emails and LinkedIn.
Collect trainer profiles,
certifications, availability and commercials.
Follow up with trainers and coordinate requirements.
Maintain and update the trainer database.
Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruitment.
Experience in trainer sourcing is preferred.
Valuable knowledge of LinkedIn and Naukri.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to understand training requirements.
Good coordination and database management skills.
Proactive and organized approach.
