Sales Executive – Key Responsibilities
* Handle and respond to customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website, phone calls and walk-ins.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Tanjore paintings, brass idols, wooden artefacts and other products.
* Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
* Prepare and share quotations, estimates, product photos, videos and product details with customers.
* Explain product specifications, sizes, materials, customization options, pricing and delivery timelines clearly.
* Coordinate with the artists and production team for customized orders and ensure customer requirements are communicated accurately.
* Coordinate with the framing, packaging and dispatch teams to ensure orders are completed and delivered on time.




* Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM/system.
* Track pending quotations, follow-ups, advance payments, balances and order status.
* Ensure the company’s payment terms, discount policies and replacement policies are properly communicated to customers.
* Handle customer questions and complaints professionally and provide timely solutions.
* Build solid relationships with existing customers and generate repeat orders and referrals.
* Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
* Maintain regular follow-up until the order is completed and payment is received.
* Coordinate with the team for corporate orders, bulk orders, return gifts, pooja-room customization and special projects.
* Maintain a qualified and customer-friendly approach while representing the Sankalp Arts & Crafts brand.
