Job Summary

Boston Scientific is seeking an AI Platform Administrator / Engineer to operate, secure, and support enterprise AI platform environments across cloud, data, and AI services. This role supports multi-tenant AI platforms used for analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI workloads across Sandbox, Development, Test, and Production settings.
Responsibilities
Administer AI platform environments across AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Alibaba Cloud, and other approved platforms.
Support onboarding of tenants, applications, and business teams across Sandbox, Development, Test, and Production.
Provision and manage cloud resources including storage, compute, serverless services, databases, repositories, key vaults, roles, service accounts, and integrations.
Enable approved AI/ML and Generative AI services such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock,



Snowflake Cortex, Snowpark, and related capabilities.
Manage IAM, RBAC, groups, service accounts, secrets, authentication, tokens, and identity integrations using least-privilege principles.
Automate provisioning, access management, reporting, cleanup, validation, and operational checks using Terraform, Python, Bash, PowerShell, SQL, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep, or equivalent tools.
Support CI/CD pipelines, platform deployments, monitoring, observability, incident triage, ServiceNow tickets, change requests, escalations, and production support.
Support platform reliability activities including release support, change execution, backup, disaster recovery, SLA monitoring, and operational readiness.
Implement cost tagging, tenant-level cost reporting, usage monitoring, chargeback/showback support, and FinOps optimization practices.
