Ansible Developer – We should focus on candidates with solid Ansible development and automation experience. Linux administration experience can be relaxed.
Patch Management – Candidates with relevant patch management experience can be considered, even if they do not have a robust Linux administration background.
Ansible:
should not be an end user of Ansible
must be a developer
should be able to design ansible playbooks in a scalable, deployments for different workplace (Dev, QA< Prod)
Should have worked on projects as Ansible as main skillset; not just on migration activities
