Drive organization-level quality strategy, partnering with engineering and product leadership to strengthen release quality and customer impact.
Demonstrate executive presence, sound judgment, and strategic decision-making when leading cross-functional quality initiatives.

Experience You'll Bring
Bachelors degree in computer science or any STEM-related program
12–15 years of quality assurance experience in web-based or mobile product development environments.




Minimum 3+ years of QA management experience leading teams of 10+ members.
5+ years of experience in automation, performance, or security testing for product-based settings.
Exposure to any programming language such as C#, Java, or Python
Proven experience designing, implementing, and scaling automation frameworks.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments while managing shifting priorities with clarity and composure.
Strong understanding of CI/CD implementation, execution, and integration with quality engineering practices.
Hands-on exposure to automation tools such as Appium, Selenium, or equivalent frameworks.
Solid analytical and logical thinking skills to design effective, risk-based test scenarios.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
