Responsible for managing HR activities across the region and partnering with business leaders to support manpower, employee engagement, performance, retention, and compliance
Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR for regional branches and teams.
Drive recruitment, manpower planning, and onboarding.
Improve employee engagement and reduce attrition.
Manage performance appraisal and talent development.
Handle employee grievances and HR-related issues.
Ensure HR policy, statutory, and compliance requirements.
Track HR metrics including headcount, attrition, hiring TAT, and productivity.
Partner with Regional Business Heads on people strategy.
