Job Summary

The Laundry Valet Riser is responsible for coordinating guest laundry services, ensuring timely collection and delivery of garments, and providing excellent guest service. The role focuses on guest interaction, accurate handling of laundry requests, and smooth coordination with the laundry department.

Key Responsibilities
Collect guest laundry and dry-cleaning requests from rooms or service areas
Coordinate with the laundry department for proper processing of garments
Ensure timely delivery of cleaned and pressed laundry to guest rooms
Verify and maintain laundry lists and guest records accurately
Communicate with guests regarding laundry timelines, requests, or special instructions
Inspect garments during collection and delivery to ensure accuracy
Provide skilled and courteous service while interacting with guests
Follow hotel service standards and maintain confidentiality for guest belongings

Eligibility Criteria
Education:



Minimum 12th Pass ; Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred
Age: 1822 years
Location: Mumbai based candidates preferred
Career Development: Candidates should be willing to pursue graduation alongside work
Experience: Freshers can apply
