Manage all incoming and outgoing activities – Receiving, GRN Approval, Dispatches, etc.
Maintain stock and inventory of all raw materials, packing materials, FG, and equipment at all Units (physical and electronic)
Be responsible for on-time dispatch of orders.
Ensure maintenance work and housekeeping of factory premises is done on a regular as per SOP.
Ensuring that factory machinery and equipment is in positive working order.
Maintain registers and complete entries on a daily basis.
Preparing reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
Completion of job/work orders in a timely manner.
Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
Share a trusting relationship with workgroup.
Commit to factory safety procedures.
Ensure all Safety and Environmental Procedures and protocols are followed.
