About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Key Account Manager (KAM) to support account management, operational execution, and data/reporting activities. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day business requirements, coordinate with internal teams,



and ensure smooth execution of account-related operations.

Key Responsibilities
Support Key Account Managers in handling day-to-day account operations and client coordination.
Assist in order management, tracking, and operational execution across accounts.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, sales trackers, and account performance dashboards.
Coordinate with internal teams such as supply chain, finance, operations, and marketing for smooth execution.
Monitor account-level performance metrics and highlight gaps or prospects.
Ensure timely sharing of reports, data analysis, and updates with stakeholders.
Maintain accurate documentation of account activities, agreements, and operational processes.
Support in resolving operational issues and ensuring timely closure of action items.
Assist in preparing presentations, business reviews, and performance summaries.
