Job Description
Manage overall plant production and daily operations.
Plan and monitor production, quality, delivery, and productivity.
Lead and manage production, quality, maintenance, stores, and other plant teams.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per customer requirements.
Improve productivity, reduce rejection, and control manufacturing costs.
Monitor manpower, machines, materials, and production schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and management when required.
Drive continuous improvement and process efficiency.
Handle day-to-day plant issues and ensure smooth operations.
Pay: ₹559,680.51 - ₹1,947,046.62 per year
