Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage 23 engineering teams and coordinate day-to-day activities.
Perform and oversee engineering detailing, checking, and quality review.
Interact directly with global clients to understand requirements and resolve technical queries.
Coordinate and arrange required project inputs, drawings, specifications, and technical information.
Support project planning, resource allocation, estimation, and scheduling.
Monitor project progress, deliverables, and timelines.
Coordinate across teams and ensure smooth execution from project initiation to completion.
Identify project risks/issues and drive timely resolution.
Mentor team members and support their technical and career development.
