Role Description
The Safety Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and security policies in line with company standards and local regulations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting safety inspections, identifying hazards, and recommending corrective actions to minimize risks. The Safety Officer will develop and deliver safety training, maintain safety records, and support incident and accident investigations. The role also includes collaborating with operational teams to ensure safe work practices, promoting a strong safety culture, and supporting audits and compliance reporting.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Health & Safety and Occupational Health skills, with practical knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
Candidates should possess Accident Investigation skills to analyze incidents, identify root causes, and recommend preventive measures.




Candidates should possess Security-related skills to support site protection, access control, and emergency response procedures.
Candidates should possess Safety Training skills, including the ability to design and deliver safety programs to diverse teams.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in safety, engineering, or a related field; recognized HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are an advantage.
Experience in construction, industrial, or contracting settings, with familiarity in mechanical, electrical, or civil projects is beneficial.
Solid communication, observation, and documentation skills, with the ability to influence safe behavior at all levels.
Ability to work in office in PAN India, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to dynamic project conditions.
