Location: Chennai
Minimum 14–16 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, with solid experience in the Real Estate industry.
Hands-on experience in bank loan processing, project finance and working capital requirements.
Coordinate with banks for loan documentation, sanction, disbursement, repayment and related financial requirements.
Experience in handling project-wise accounting, cash flow, budgeting and financial planning.
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
Handle finalization of accounts, MIS, receivables, payables and bank reconciliation.
Monitor project costs, expenses and financial controls.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants and statutory authorities.
Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance team.
Candidates with experience in Real Estate Developer / Builder companies will be preferred.
Qualification: CA / CMA / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.
