Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven (ASM) to expand our sales footprint across Hyderabad and Telangana. This role is ideal for someone who understands channel sales and is eager to grow in a rapid-paced start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
-Appoint and manage distributors, dealers and retail partners.
-Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
-Ensure robust product visibility and merchandising in stores.
-Monitor competitor activity and share market insights.
-Train and support channel partners to drive performance.
-Track sales data, prepare reports and forecast demand.
Requirements-
Experience: In sales (consumer durables/kitchen appliances preferred)
-Strong network with local distributors/retailers is a plus.
-Proven ability to meet sales targets.
-Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
-Ability to work in a high-growth startup environment.
