Job Summary

Interior Labs is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have robust design skills, good knowledge of materials and market trends, excellent client-handling abilities, and the confidence to take ownership of projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of 2D and 3D interior design projects.
Develop creative and functional design concepts based on client requirements.
Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
Conduct initial site visits to understand site conditions and client requirements.
Conduct material selection visits with clients and assist them in making suitable choices.
Coordinate with the site execution team, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Visit project sites regularly and ensure designs are implemented as planned.




Resolve design and site-related challenges through effective problem-solving and coordination.
Communicate design concepts and project details clearly to clients.
Incorporate client feedback while maintaining design quality and project timelines.
Keep updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, finishes, and market developments.
Ensure accuracy, functionality, aesthetics, and attention to detail across all project deliverables.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in interior design, residential interiors, or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Proficiency in SketchUp.
Proficiency in V-Ray / Lumion or 3ds Max.
Strong understanding of 2D and 3D interior design.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent client-handling and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and market trends.
Strong creativity and an eye for design
