Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production qualified with 810 years of hands-on experience in agrochemical manufacturing, preferably in Mancozeb or 2,4-D Derivatives. The

candidate will be responsible for executing production activities, ensuring safe plant operations,

achieving production targets, maintaining product quality, and complying with EHS and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Execute daily production activities as per the production plan and ensure achievement of shift and monthly production targets.
Operate and monitor reactors, centrifuges, filters, dryers, and other process equipment.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, batch manufacturing procedures, and process parameters.
Maintain optimum yield, productivity,



and product quality while minimising process losses.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Utility, QA/QC, and Warehouse teams for smooth plant operations.
Ensure proper documentation of batch records, logbooks, and production reports.
Monitor raw material consumption and ensure productive utilisation of resources.
Identify process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with EHS standards, permit-to-work systems, and secure handling of hazardous chemicals.
Lead and supervise shift operators and contract manpower to ensure smooth production operations.
Participate in troubleshooting, process improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.
Maintain housekeeping and ensure compliance with 5S and GMP practices.

Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry.
