As we grow into current cities and categories, we need someone who can bridge customer insight and business need—translating both into product improvements that ship. This role is for someone who is curious, analytical, and execution-focused. Someone who enjoys making decisions with data, working across teams, and building things users actually love.

What You’ll Actually Do

Product Execution




Own features from discovery through launch and post-release improvements.
Write explicit product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Prioritise the product backlog and work with engineering to ensure timely delivery.

User Research and Analysis
Gather insights from users, stakeholders, and data to identify opportunities.
Track feature performance and recommend improvements based on user behaviour.
Conduct competitor research and stay current on market trends.

Collaboration and Delivery
Work closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to launch new features.
Coordinate testing, QA, and product releases.
Communicate product updates and align stakeholders throughout the development process.
