Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Team Management and Team Leadership, with experience guiding and mentoring performance marketing teams.
Strong Communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration, client interactions, and explicit reporting of campaign performance.
Proficiency in Sales and Marketing to align performance campaigns with client goals, revenue targets, and overall brand strategy.
Hands-on experience with performance marketing channels (e.g., paid search, paid social, display), analytics tools, and A/B testing.
Ability to interpret data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
Prior experience in a digital agency or similar rapid-paced setting is preferred.
