Position: Project Manager – Construction
Experience: 8–12 years in building construction
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering preferred

Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from commencement to completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor project progress, quality, cost, manpower, materials, and overall productivity.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project schedule.
Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules and ensure timely completion.
Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, variations, and site requirements.
Manage site engineers, supervisors, quantity surveyors, and other project staff.
Monitor material procurement, consumption, stock, and wastage.




Verify measurements, RA bills, subcontractor bills, and work completion records.
Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and take corrective action.
Conduct regular site meetings and submit progress reports to management.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory requirements.
Maintain proper project documentation, records, approvals, and handover documents.
Ensure the project is completed within the approved time, cost, quality, and safety parameters.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
