Required Experience & Skills
10+ years of skilled experience in customer-facing IT roles with a Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of client-facing experience in:
Assessments, designs, and advanced Day-2 Red Hat configuration.
Cloud platforms, software-defined storage, container platforms, disaster recovery, monitoring, orchestration, microservices, and virtualization.
Deployment and integration experience with at least one Hyperscaler (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) OR one hosting provider (e.g., Rackspace).
Experience with at least one additional hypervisor platform (VMware, Azure Stack HCI, or Hyper-V).
Advanced knowledge in performing architecture reviews for:
Re-platforming from one hypervisor to Red Hat platforms.
Repatriating workloads from a hyperscaler to on-premises Red Hat platforms.
Extensive knowledge across at least five (5) cloud architecture layers:
Business Management




Self-Service Portal
Orchestration
Container
Integration with Hyperscalers
Hyperconverged Platforms
Networking (Micro-segmentation, Containerized Networking, Federation, IDS/IPS, Network Sandboxing, Global Advanced Load Balancing).
Deep experience in OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, EKS, AKS, and GKE.
Solid experience in project planning: estimation, risk management, dependencies, and MVP design.
Experience mapping client platform/application requirements into on-prem cloud services and configurations.
Proven ability to lead delivery teams across multi-vendor settings in multiple countries.
Strong experience in:
Designing, developing, and owning end-to-end technical container platform solutions.
Implementation, migration, and modernization efforts.
OpenShift implementations in on-prem, public cloud, and private cloud.
Client-facing expertise:
Directly engaging with clients
