Job Description - Centre Manager (Operations)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai
Work Mode: In-person
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Lead, supervise, train, and motivate centre staff, including riders and kitchen teams.
Ensure timely order fulfilment and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Drive sales growth, achieve centre targets, and implement customer retention initiatives.
Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and key operational metrics.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, safety, and sanitation.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and FSSAI regulations.
Manage inventory, wastage, and operational costs effectively.
Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.




Maintain accurate records and prepare regular operational and sales reports.
Coordinate with the management team to identify operational gaps and implement improvements.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in restaurant, bakery, QSR, or food & beverage operations.
Prior experience in a supervisory/managerial role preferred.
Robust team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valuable analytical skills with the ability to track and improve performance metrics.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced setting.
Energetic, positive, and customer-focused approach.
