Key Responsibilities
Administer and provide operational support for PingAccess, PingDirectory, and PingID across EIAM/CIAM environments.
Monitor platform health, service availability, logs, alerts, and dashboards.
Perform configuration changes, policy clean-up, upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and post-upgrade validation.
Troubleshoot LDAP, replication, performance, caching, authentication, and application integration issues.
Validate SP connections, authentication policies, adapters, and application flows.
Automate client credential creation, Client ID/Secret provisioning, scope configuration, and deployment activities.
Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, Terraform, Ansible, and scripting.
Enhance platform monitoring, logging, dashboards, and alerting.
Support CIAM migration initiatives, including workplace preparation, deployment, testing, and defect resolution.
Contribute to cloud deployments focused on performance, high availability, and cost optimization.




Maintain operational runbooks, deployment documentation, health reports, and KT materials.

Required Skills
8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
Strong hands-on experience with PingAccess, PingDirectory, and PingID.
Robust knowledge of Linux, LDAP, certificates, networking, authentication flows, and application integrations.
Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools.
Experience with Terraform, Ansible, scripting, or equivalent automation tools.
Working knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Experience with monitoring/logging tools such as Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, or Dynatrace.
Robust troubleshooting, incident management, release management, and documentation skills.
