Lead complete QA/QC operations for manufacturing.
Ensure incoming, in-process and final product quality.
Drive CAPA, RCA, 8D, 7 QC Tools and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with applicable ISO, ASTM, AATCC, BIS and relevant standards.
Manage inspection, testing, calibration and quality documentation.
Handle customer complaints, rejection and corrective actions.
Lead supplier quality and process improvement initiatives.
Manage and develop the Quality team.
