Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in construction projects.
The ideal candidate will oversee site execution, ensure quality standards, manage project
schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory
requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and execute construction projects from foundation to handover.
Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to approved

drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, material requirements, and project schedules.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, quality standards, and safety

regulations.
Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship and construction quality.
Manage project progress, costs, and timelines while identifying and resolving site

issues.
Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work completion.




Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and site records.
Ensure timely procurement and efficient utilization of construction materials.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent).
2–5 years of experience in residential building construction.
Robust knowledge of RCC, finishing works, MEP coordination, and construction

methodologies.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Microsoft Excel, and other construction

management tools.
Familiarity with BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and quality control

procedures.
Valuable communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of project planning and scheduling.
Ability to manage multiple contractors and meet project deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Pay: ₹10,951.00 - ₹47,696.15 per month
