Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced WorkdayIntegration Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, development, and implementation of integrations between Workday HCM and ServiceNow HRSD/ITSM.
The ideal candidate has deep hands-on expertise with Workday business processes, Workday Studio/EIB integrations, and understanding of ServiceNow Integration Hub, along with a robust understanding of HR data models and workflow automation.
Total 7+ years exp - At least 4+ years of Workday integration experience (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, REST APIs).
exposure or understanding of ServiceNow experience, ideally with HRSD or ITSM.
Understanding of Workday Data model
Build and configure Workday outbound/inbound integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio).
understanding of ServiceNow Integration Hub flows, transform maps, and data sync logic
Map Workday HCM data structures to ServiceNow HRSD data models.
