To ensure reliable operation of plant machinery, Automation and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) through effective preventive/breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, spare management and continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Mechanical design study, equipment evaluation, modification and correction with hands-on experience.
Troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical systems, pneumatic circuits, fixtures, jigs and customized parts.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of Automation and SPM machines.
Basic PLC & HMI programming/troubleshooting.
Breakdown analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementation of permanent corrective actions.
Planning and execution of preventive maintenance and maintenance documentation.
Spare parts planning, availability and inventory management.
Knowledge of ISOTS / EMS audit systems and safety systems.
Identify and implement power-saving,
cost-saving and quality-improvement initiatives.
HVAC operation and maintenance knowledge will be an added advantage.
