Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests in a warm, courteous, and qualified manner.
Set up and maintain tables, service areas, and restaurant outlets as per standards.
Present menus and explain food and beverage items to guests.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen/bar.
Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
Follow proper sequence of service and established F&B; service standards.
Check guest satisfaction during and after service.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, service areas, equipment, and workstations.
Assist with clearing and resetting tables promptly.
Process or coordinate guest bills and payments accurately when required.
Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, promotions, and daily specials.
Follow food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety procedures.
Coordinate effectively with kitchen, stewarding, front office, and other departments.




Assist with opening and closing duties of the outlet.
Support the team during busy periods, banquets, events, and special functions.
Ensure responsible handling of company property, equipment, and guest belongings.
