Job Summary
Maxwell Global Software is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage core human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will support our HR department in building a productive, engaged, and compliant workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Maxwell Global Software: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs
Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction for current hires
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts

Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances




Support conflict resolution and maintain a positive work workplace
Organize employee engagement activities and events
Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals

HR Operations & Administration
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (HRIS)
Process attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
Prepare HR letters (experience, relieving, confirmation, etc.)
Ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready

Compliance & Policy
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies
Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc., as applicable)

Training & Development
Coordinate training sessions and track employee development needs
Support skill-gap analysis and learning initiatives

Exit Management
Manage the offboarding process including exit interviews and full & final settlement coordination
