About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and result-driven Finance & Accounts qualified to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reconciliations, statutory compliance, reporting, and supporting the Finance & Accounts team in maintaining accurate and effective financial processes.

This role offers an excellent prospect for a finance professional who wants to strengthen their expertise across accounts payable & receivable, GST, TDS, reconciliations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including invoice processing, payment entries, receipts, vouchers, and journal entries.
Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly financial statements and accounting records.
Perform Bank Reconciliation, Vendor Reconciliation, and Balance Sheet Reconciliation.




Process and maintain documentation related to GST, TDS, statutory returns, and other regulatory requirements.
Prepare timely and accurate accounting and financial reports for management review.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring all accounting entries and reconciliations are completed accurately.
Maintain accounting records in accordance with applicable accounting principles and company policies.
Work effectively with the Finance & Accounts Manager to improve and optimize financial operations and internal processes.
Support the development, implementation, and documentation of accounting policies and internal control procedures.
Handle accounting-related queries and assist employees and internal teams regarding financial and accounting procedures.
Identify, analyze, and resolve complex or outstanding accounting issues in coordination with the reporting manager.
