About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Python AI Engineer to join our growing AI engineering team and

contribute to building production-grade GenAI and agentic AI solutions for global clients.

This role is ideal for engineers with robust Python fundamentals, hands-on experience in

backend/API development, and exposure to modern AI/LLM ecosystems. You will work closely

with senior engineers, product teams, and client stakeholders to develop scalable AI-powered

applications and intelligent workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Python-based backend systems, APIs, and microservices.
Build and integrate GenAI and agentic AI workflows using modern LLM frameworks.
Contribute to development of AI-powered applications, copilots, and automation

systems.
Work on prompt engineering, tool integrations, retrieval workflows, and orchestration

pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and





translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Ensure code quality, performance, reliability, and maintainability of AI systems.
Participate in deployment, debugging, testing, and optimization of production systems.
Stay updated with emerging trends in GenAI, LLMs, and AI engineering best practices.

Must-Have Technical Skills
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
Solid understanding of Python frameworks and libraries such as FastAPI, Flask,

Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, etc.
Exposure to Generative AI / Agentic AI ecosystems and LLM-based applications.

Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks is

preferred.
Understanding of REST APIs, backend architecture, and microservices concepts.
Positive knowledge of databases, API integrations, and scalable application design.
Familiarity with Git, version control, and collaborative development workflows
