Role Summary
The Capacity Building, Knowledge & Change Management Expert will lead institutional capacity-building, training, knowledge management, stakeholder communication, grievance-support and change-management activities for ITIs, SPVs and other implementation stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive capacity-building plan.
Conduct training needs assessments.
Design training programmes for ITIs, SPVs and other stakeholders.
Develop training materials and knowledge resources.
Organize workshops, learning sessions and stakeholder meetings.
Facilitate learning and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Document best practices, lessons learned and case studies.
Develop mechanisms for institutional knowledge management.
Support stakeholder communication and outreach.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and participation.
Support grievance-redressal mechanisms.
Monitor grievance-resolution processes.
Support change-management initiatives.
Identify resistance or adoption challenges.
Develop communication and awareness interventions.
Recommend programme improvements.
Document successful practices for replication and scaling.
