Key Responsibilities
Inspect machined components as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Perform dimensional inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
Check CNC, VMC, HMC, Turning, Milling, and Drilling components for dimensional accuracy.
Understand and interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T.;
Conduct in-process and final inspection of machined parts.
Identify defects, deviations, and machining-related quality issues.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
Coordinate with Production and Machining teams to resolve quality issues.
Monitor rejection, rework, and defect trends and support corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and customer specifications.
Support CMM inspection and coordinate with the CMM operator when required.





Required Skills
Positive knowledge of machining processes and inspection methods.
Knowledge of CNC, VMC, HMC, Turning, Milling & Drilling.
Familiarity with CMM and GD&T.;

Preferred
Experience in casting and machining industries.
Knowledge of PPAP, 7 QC Tools, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA is an advantage.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand tolerances.
Valuable problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
