Role & responsibilities :
Assist senior engineers in day-to-day plant operations, process monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Participate in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for plant machinery.
Ensure strict adherence to company safety protocols (EHS), quality standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Prepare and maintain accurate daily shift logs, technical reports, and basic engineering documentation.
Robust conceptual understanding of core engineering principles and fluid mechanics/thermodynamics.
