Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and agile
General Manager / Dealer Principal
to lead our dealership operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, improving profitability, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining OEM compliance, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute dealership business plans and growth strategies.
Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational targets.
Manage dealership revenue, profitability, operating expenses, and receivables.
Lead and coordinate Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Finance, HR, and Administration departments.
Ensure compliance with OEM standards, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with OEM representatives, institutional customers,
and fleet clients.
Monitor business KPIs and implement improvement initiatives.
Drive customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement.
Develop, mentor, and evaluate department heads and employees.
Identify recent business opportunities and improve overall dealership performance.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Graduate (MBA preferred)
Experience:
8–12+ years in Automobile Dealership Management
