Educational Qualification
Masters Degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or equivalent discipline.
Skilled Certification / Registration
Active registration with a recognized National or International Professional Association / Institute.
Project Management Qualified (PMP) certification or similar certification from a recognized national/international professional body.
Experience
Minimum 20 years of overall skilled experience in infrastructure-related fields, including:

Leadership Experience
The candidate must have successfully led at least one Programme in a senior leadership capacity as:
