Job Overview:
Gantavyam is hiring a Part-Time Senior Executive – Ticketing to support on-ground operations at the assigned location. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting passengers, handling bookings, and onboarding auto-rickshaw drivers onto the platform. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in public dealing, field coordination, and day-to-day operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide information to passengers about Gantavyam services and benefits.
Assist passengers in completing the booking process.
Guide passengers regarding fare, destination entry, and payment process.
Coordinate with passengers and drivers for smooth ride allocation.
Approach auto-rickshaw drivers at the assigned location and nearby areas.
Explain the benefits of joining the Gantavyam platform.
Onboard interested drivers by collecting required details and documents.
Maintain regular communication with drivers to ensure service availability.
Support smooth on-ground operations and report field issues to the reporting manager.




Maintain professionalism and follow company SOPs and operational guidelines.

Requirements:
Prior experience in customer handling, field work, driver/vendor onboarding, operations, or sales will be an advantage.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable interacting with passengers and auto-rickshaw drivers.
Basic understanding of digital/mobile-based booking process.
Responsible, proactive, and field-oriented personality.
