Responsibilities
Client acquisition: Identify and onboard recent clients in interior design, hospitality, and related sectors.
Lead generation: Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Sales presentations: Deliver impactful presentations and proposals to potential clients showcasing products and services.
Relationship management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Market research: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support business growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with design, operations, and marketing teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
Target achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company objectives.

Must Haves
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in sales,



preferably in interior products or hospitality.
Communication skills: Robust verbal and written communication, with persuasive presentation abilities.
Negotiation skills: Ability to handle client objections and close deals effectively.
IT proficiency: Comfortable with MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
Industry exposure: Familiarity with interior design trends or hospitality service standards is an advantage.
Independence: Self-driven with the ability to work independently while coordinating with teams.

Pay: ₹11,582.82 - ₹23,000.00 per month
